01 Introduction

03 Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on the lgopro99 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following requirements:

• You areat least 21 years of age. lgopro99 strictly prohibits access to minors and individuals under the applicable minimum age for gambling activities.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited under applicable law.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, voluntary or otherwise, issued by lgopro99 or any recognised gambling authority.

04 Account Registration

Each eligible individual may register one (1) account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You accept sole responsibility for maintaining the accuracy of this information and for updating it promptly should any details change.

• You must provide a valid email address to which you have sole access.
• You must create a strong, unique password and keep it confidential at all times.
• You must not share your login credentials with any third party.

All accounts are subject to our KYC verification process. lgopro99 may at any time request supporting documents including but not limited to a government-issued photo identification (MyKad, passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

lgopro99 supports the following Malaysian payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX. All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account in real time. Delays may occur due to third-party banking processes and are outside lgopro99's control.
• lgopro99 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification and compliance with any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds.
• E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5minutes of approval.
• DuitNow and FPX transfers are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes of approval.

• Withdrawals must be made to an account registered in the same name as your lgopro99 account.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

lgopro99 offers a range of promotions and bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer, which supplement and form part of these general Terms.

• Bonuses are awarded at lgopro99's sole discretion and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
• Each promotion will specify the applicable wagering requirement (e.g., 25x, 30x the bonus amount) that must be completed before bonus-derived winings may be withdrawn.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are applied to wagers before real money funds.
• Bonus offers are generally limited to one per player, household, IP address, device, or shared payment method.
• Using bonus funds in a systematic or collusive manner to circumvent wagering conditions constitutes abuse and may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winings.
• lgopro99 reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and void associated winnings in cases of suspected fraud, technical errors, or Terms violations.

07 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the lgopro99 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or sporting event. General betting rules include:

• All wagers are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for verifying bet selections prior to confirmation.
• In the event of a technical error during game play that prevents the correct result being determined, lgopro99 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the Player's account.
• For sports betting, including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and other covered events, settlement is based on official results as declared by the relevant governing body. lgopro99's decision on settlement is final.
• Mix Parlay bets require all selections to be correct for a winning outcome. Partial wins on Mix Parlays are not applicable unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and may vary by event, market, and account status.
• Winings are credited to the Player's account Balance upon final settlement of the relevant event or game round.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the lgopro99 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all funds:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts, whether personally or through associates.
• Using any software, algorithm, bot, script, or automated system to access, scrape, or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of match-fixing, collusion, or fraudulent wagering activity.
• Using the Platform to facilitate money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any communication with lgopro99.
• Making chargebacks or payment disputes without first exhausting lgopro99's official dispute resolution process.
• Accessing the Platform from any Prohibited Jurisdiction through the use of VPN, proxy, or other circumvention tools.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the lgopro99 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, graphic designs, logos, trademarks, game assets, text, and multimedia elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of lgopro99 or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express written consent of lgopro99.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lgopro99 and its directors, employees, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winings or anticipated profits due to game unavailability, technical errors, or maintenance downtime.
• Loss of data or account information due to hardware failure, network disruption, or unauthorised third-party access resulting from a Player's own failure to protect their credentials.
• Losses arising from reliance on information provided on the Platform for any purpose other than entertainment.

lgopro99's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount of funds deposited by the Player in30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim, except where such limitation is prohibited by mandatory applicable law.

11 Suspension & Termination

lgopro99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Suspected or confirmed violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a formal request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other financial crime.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated against lgopro99 without prior engagement with our support team.
• Dormant accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more.

Players wishing to close their own accounts voluntarily may do so by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining Real Money Funds balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player's registered payment method following a final KYC check.

12 Responsible Gambling

The effective date of the current version of these Terms is stated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
